Account Registration Information: Mobile phone number/email, password, used for account login, password recovery, and security verification.
Device and Permission Information:
Bluetooth Permission: Used to connect and control the SleepFit Pillow smart pillow hardware;
Location Permission: Used for nearby device search;
Storage Permission: Used to save your sleep reports and device configuration data;
Microphone Permission (optional enable): Used for voice interaction function of AI Smart Sleep Assistant.
Service Operation Information: Mobile phone model, system version, device ID, Bluetooth address, App operation logs, device connection logs, used for troubleshooting, service adaptation, and security maintenance.
AI Interaction Information: The content of conversations between you and the AI Smart Sleep Assistant (including speech-to-text data), used to provide AI answer services and optimize algorithm models.
Album/Camera Permission: Used to upload avatars and share sleep reports (can be turned off);
Membership Value-added Service Information: Payment information (processed by third-party payment platforms, we do not store your bank card information).
Device Status Data: Smart pillow connection status, firmware version, used for device management and upgrade reminders;
Anonymized Statistical Data: User function usage frequency, sleep data trends, AI interaction behavior (cannot identify your personal identity), used to optimize product algorithms and experience.
Provide Core Services: Connect and control smart pillows, collect and analyze sleep data, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, and push intervention reminders;
Provide AI Smart Sleep Assistant Service: Generate sleep interpretation, problem answers and personalized recommendations based on your sleep data and conversation content;
Product Optimization: Improve smart intervention algorithms, improve the accuracy of sleep monitoring, optimize AI assistant interaction experience, and fix App faults;
Security Protection: Account verification, anti-fraud, abnormal behavior detection, and protection of your data security;
Customer Service: Handle your inquiries, feedback, after-sales problems, and troubleshoot device and App faults;
Compliance Obligations: Retain data to meet the requirements of laws, regulations and regulatory authorities.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties.
We only share information according to the principle of minimum necessity in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: Cooperate with third parties that provide us with cloud storage, data analysis, AI interaction, and payment services, only transmit the data necessary to implement the service (such as anonymized sleep data, AI conversation text), and require them to sign a non-disclosure agreement;
Requirements of Laws and Regulations: Cooperate with legal inquiries from public security, judicial, and regulatory authorities;
Your Explicit Consent: When you actively share sleep reports, AI interaction content to third-party platforms.
Account Information: During the account existence period + 1 year after account cancellation (legal retention period);
Sleep Data: Local storage + optional cloud storage, cloud data is retained for 1 year by default, and you can manually delete it;
AI Interaction Records: Retained during the account existence period, automatically deleted after account cancellation;
Log Data: Retained for 90 days, used for troubleshooting.
Encryption technology is used for data transmission and storage;
Access permission control is implemented, only authorized personnel can access your information;
Regular security audits and vulnerability repairs are carried out to prevent data leakage, tampering, and loss;
AI interaction data is only used for service provision and algorithm optimization, and will not be used for other purposes.
Access/Copy: View and export your sleep data and reports on the App's "Report" page; view account information and AI interaction records in "My - Settings - Privacy".
Correction/Supplement: Modify your account information and supplement personal data.
Delete Data: Manually delete single/all sleep reports, AI interaction records, or apply for account cancellation (delete all personal information).
Withdraw Authorization: Disable non-required permissions (such as location, album, microphone) in mobile phone system settings or within the App; disabling required permissions will affect the use of some functions.
Cancel Account: Submit an application through "My - Account and Security - Cancel Account" in the App, and complete the cancellation according to the process.
This App is for users over 18 years old; users under 18 years old must use this App with the consent and supervision of their guardians. If we collect information of minors (including AI interaction content), it will only be used to provide services and will not be used for marketing purposes; guardians can contact us to delete relevant information.
We may update this privacy policy according to business adjustments or legal requirements. After the update, it will be published in a prominent position within the App; major changes will be prompted to you in a pop-up window. Your continued use of this App constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
